We provide a free trial and premium plans. Both options will be on the top of the form(your selected plan will highlight as orange). In the premium plan, you can hire our designers/developers or both for $20 per hour.  In the free trial plan, you make an order for a logo design that you will receive within 2-3 working days and if our expert’s performance satisfies you, feel free to enroll in a premium plan for your projects.

Once you choose your desired form (free or premium), it’s requested that please carefully fill the form with the requisite information such as for the premium plan the required hours, your name, Email Address, country, state, zip code, attach a references file and instructions. Once you accurately write down the supportive information on the form and submit it. You will receive the payment invoice in your email within the next 24 hours.

If you take up a free trial plan, Please make sure you explain as much as possible about how you want it to look e.t.c. Once you submit the form, you’ll receive the accomplished Free Logo design project within 2-3 working days. 

Once you take up the premium plan, you will receive the payment invoice within the next 24 hours. We use Payoneer for the payments and you can use any of your credit or debit cards to pay that invoice. If you have any questions or have any issues regarding the payment transfer mechanism you can contact us and our team will be right here to help you in this matter.

As you decide the plan of your required hours/duration and submit the form. You will receive the payment invoice and once you pay that invoice. Your plan will start and our team will speak with you and link you with your niche fitted experts. You can communicate with experts via Skype and keep tracking the project through Trello.

You can speak with your assigned experts through Skype or use Trello for project communication. Through Trello, you can know at a glance about what is completed, in the process, or about to be started yet. You can set deadlines too and prioritize your tasks accordingly. 

If you want to hire our experts for a free/trial logo design, just select the option of “Free logo design plan” and fill the required information sections; e.g., 

Full Name & Email Address:  Please double check your Email Address because we’ll deliver the completed project to the Email Address that you mentioned in the order section. 

Project Information:  In this section, mention your brand name and its URL, color pallet code or references link that you like for your logo design. 

Instructions: please carefully write down your instructions as our experts will employ them to accomplish the project. As you submit the “free logo design form” you’ll receive the completed project within the next 2 to 3 working days.
